中国医院人力资源管理的问题与对策研究

摘    要:目的 分析目前中国医院人力资源管理存在的问题,并探讨解决这些问题的对策。方法本研究采用文献回顾分析法、实地和通信调查法、案例研究法。结果 研究发现,中国医院的人力资源管理存在宣传不足、法规建设滞后等6个问题。结论 针对这些问题讨论了解决对策,以期提高中国医院的人力资源管理水平。

Abstract:obiects Analysis the questions of human resource management in hospital in China so as to solve these questions . Methods Documents review analysis, investigation of communication and on the spot, case analysis were used in this research. Result This research discovered six questions of human resource management in hospital in China, such as propaganda being not enough, law and regulation of construction falling behind, and so on. conclusion To aim at these questions, author had developed new countermeasure to solve these questions, and to advance the level of human resource management of the hospital in China.
