| 摘 要： | 区域卫生信息化建设是一个世界性难题。新医改方案的颁布实施，为区域卫生信息化建设提供了机遏。分析了国内外区域卫生信息化建设现状及存在问题，并提出了建设区域卫生信息化的相关实施方案，即建立居民标准化电子档案、推进电子病历、完善双向转诊、构建区域性信息平台、建立可持续发展机制等。
