北京冬（残）奥会张家口赛区稀有血型血液储备和保障的回溯性分析

目的回溯性总结分析北京2022冬（残）奥会张家口赛区稀有血型血液的储备和保障工作，为中小型血站所在城市承办重大国际赛事提供参考。方法统计张家口市中心血站2020年12月9日-2022年3月21日稀有血型血液的采集、储备、调剂、供应以及备血情况。结果张家口市中心血站在冬（残）奥会开幕前已经分期分批采集制备冰冻红细胞，并与省内外血液调拨相结合，达到了稀有血型血液冰冻红细胞储备预定目标。2022年1月21日-3月21日，该血站稀有血型血液日均库存量均达到预定目标，满足了血液保障需求。赛事期间未造成血液资源浪费。结论借助重大国际赛事机遇，中小型血站需蓄势借力，从稀有血型血液保障延伸到全方位血液保障，增强献血者队伍凝聚力，从而提升当地血液保障整体水平。

Retrospective Analysis on Blood Reserve and Guarantee of Rare Blood Type in Zhangjiakou Area of Beijing Winter (Paralympic) Games

ObjectiveTo retrospectively analyze the reserve and guarantee of rare blood in Zhangjiakou Area of Beijing 2022 Winter (Paralympic) Olympic Games, and to provide reference for small and medium-sized blood stations to host major international events.MethodsThe collection, storage, dispensing, supply and blood preparation of rare blood group blood from December 9, 2020 to March 21, 2022 at Zhangjiakou Central Blood Station were analyzed. ResultsThe central blood bank of Zhangjiakou city began to collect and prepare frozen red blood cells by stages and in batches before the opening of the Winter (Paralympics) Olympic Games,and combined with blood allocation inside and outside the province.It has achieved the predetermined goal of rare blood type blood frozen red blood cell reserves. From January 21 to March 21, 2022, the daily stock of rare blood in the blood bank reached the preset target, meeting the demand for blood security. No waste of blood resources was caused during the competition.Conclusion With the opportunity of major international events, small and medium-sized blood stations need to build up momentum to extend the blood guarantee from rare blood type to all-round blood guarantee, enhance the cohesion of blood donors, and thus improve the overall level of local blood guarantee.
