公立医院高质量发展背景下的质量管理实践与思考

新时期的公立医院发展强调内涵质量。厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院（厦门市妇幼保健院）从信息化建设与关键绩效指标评价体系两方面着手，推动医院高质量发展。信息化平台提升了医院管理效率，关键绩效指标评价体系提高了全员参与意识，促进了从基础、环节到终末质量的管理闭环。提出，未来公立医院的高质量发展应致力于完善内部绩效管理体系，并持续优化信息化平台。

Practice and Thinking of Quality Management under the High Quality Development of Public Hospitals

The development of public hospitals in the new era emphasizes quality connotation. The Affiliated Women and Children Hospital of Xiamen University (Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital) promoted the high-quality development of hospital from the two aspects of information construction and the key performance index evaluation system.Information platform had improved the efficiency of hospital management, and key performance indicator assessment system had improved the awareness of all staff to participate in quality management,and promoted the quality management closed loop from the foundation, the link, to the final. It was proposed that the future high-quality development of public hospitals should focus on improving inner performance mannagement system, and constantly optimize the information platform.
