摘    要:目的基于 RBRVS 体系,建立城市社区医生绩效考核指标体系。方法在系统查阅文献、专家小组讨论形成指标体系基础上,应用德尔菲专家咨询法和层次分析法确定最终指标体系及权重。结果构建了包含 4 个一级指标、30 个二级指标的城市社区医生绩效考核指标体系。一级指标中,“技术技能”“心理压力”权重较高;二级指标中,“基础工作时间”“诊疗能力与知识结构”“技术难度”权重较高。结论咨询结果具有可靠性,所构建的指标体系能从多角度、多方面体现城市社区医生工作内容,可为真实全面地反映城市社区医生劳动价值提供理论依据,促进形成科学的城市社区医生绩效分配机制。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the performance evaluation index system of urban community doctors based on RBRVS theory.MethodsOn the basis of systematic literature review and expert group discussion, Delphi expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process were applied to determine the final index system and index weight.ResultsA performance evaluation index system of urban community doctors was constructed, including 4 first-level indexes and 30 second-level indexes. Among the first-level indicators, the weight of "technical skills" and "psychological pressure" was relatively high. Among the secondary indicators, "basic working time", "diagnosis and treatment ability and knowledge structure" and "technical difficulty" had higher weights.Conclusion The consultation results were reliable, and the constructed indicators can reflect the work content of urban community doctors from multiple angles and aspects, which provided a theoretical basis for reflecting the labor value of urban community doctors truly and comprehensively, and promoted the formation of a scientific performance distribution mechanism of urban community doctors.
