| 摘 要： | 目的对北京地区三级医院运营效率进行比较研究，为提高医院服务效率提供决策参考。方法以北京市12所三甲综合医院为研究对象，收集2009年度4个投入指标和5个产出指标进行DEA分析。结果9家医院（75．0％）处于DEA有效状态，3家医院（25．0％）处于非DEA有效状态。结论北京市三甲综合医院运营效率整体水平较高，医院之间运营效率差异较小；少数医院处于规模不经济状态，运营效率有待进一步提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the operational efficiency operational efficiency of grade-three hospitals in Beijing for promoting the hospitals' service efficiency.Method 12 grade-three general hospitals in Beijing were analyzed by DEA analysis with four input and five output indicators in 2009.Result Nine hospitals(75.0%) were DEA efficient and three hospitals(25.0%) inefficient.Conclusion The overall operational efficiency of grade-three hospitals in Beijing is in high level and there are minor differences between... |
