临床路径在中西医结合混合痔切除术中的实践研究

目的依据临床路径对中西医结合治疗混合痔进行管理，观察临床路径在确保医疗质量、缩短平均住院日、降低医疗资源消耗等方面的作用。方法使用随机对照研究，将患者分为临床路径组和非临床路径组（对照组），观察2组间住院天数、总费用、药占比、患者的满意度等方面的差异。结果2组间住院天数、总费用、药占比等有明显差异，满意度没有明显差异。结论临床路径可强化中药治疗依从性，降低患者住院总费用、药占比和住院天数等，是中西医结合治疗质量控制的良好工具。
