某伤科中成药抗疲劳作用的研究

摘    要:目的]研究某伤科中成药对实验性动物抗疲劳作用的影响。方法]将昆明小鼠随机分组,高、中、低剂量组分别经口给予不同浓度(4、2、1g/kg)受试样品,阴性对照组则给予同体积生理盐水,连续给药15d后进行负重游泳试验,记录游泳时间并测定血清尿素氮,观测运动后血清乳酸升高和运动休息后血清乳酸的消除情况。结果]高剂量组与对照组相比,小鼠游泳时间显著延长(P<0.01);小鼠运动后血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.01);血清乳酸含量升高幅度无明显变化,但其消除幅度明显加大(P<0.05)。中剂量组与阴性对照组相比较,小鼠游泳时间变化不大,但小鼠运动后血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.01),血清乳酸含量升高幅度无明显变化,但其消除幅度明显加大(P<0.05)。低剂量组与阴性对照组相比较各指标无明显变化。结论]某伤科中成药具有缓解体力疲劳的功能。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate the effect of anti-fatigue function of a certain chinese patent medicine in tramatology in mice.Methods]Different dose of this pilula(4,2,1 g/kg)were administered to mice. Swimming-sustaining time with a load,and serum urea nitrogen of different dose group of mice were meaured,elevation of serum lactic acid after exercise and elimination after break were also observed.Results]Compared with control group,swimming-sustaining time in the high- dose group was significantly prolonged(P< 0.01),the content of serum urea nitrogen after exercise decreased(P< 0.01), elevation of serum lactic acid content has no obvious variation,but the elimination of serum lactic acid quickened(P < 0.05). In the middle-dose group the swimming-sustaining time did not change a lot,but the serum urea nitrogen after exercise reduced obviously(P< 0.01),the serum lactic acid did not raise obviously,but the serum lactic acid after exercise eliminated faster (P< 0.05). In the low-dose group no obvious changes observed in any facets.Conclusion]This chinese patent medicine in tramatology has a function of anti-fatigue.
