江苏省儿童乙型肝炎疫苗接种率及其影响因素分析

为了解江苏省儿童乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗接种率及其影响因素,于1999年9月采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,调查了1997年出生的843名儿童,结果显示乙肝疫苗全程接种率、合格接种率分别为99.3%、91.1%.新生儿出生后2天内第1针及时接种率为58.5%,主要是不同出生地点对儿童第1针及时接种率有影响,在县级及县级以上医院出生的儿童第1针及时接种率为74.2%,在家中出生儿童第1针及时接种率为38.2%.儿童家长/监护人不了解接种时间、儿童家长/监护人对乙肝疫苗接种的知识主要依赖于从医生处获得也是影响及时接种率的因素.提高乙肝疫苗接种质量的关键是加强对儿童家长/监护人和各级医务人员及时接种乙肝疫苗重要性的宣传及医院乙肝疫苗接种的管理.

Analysis of Hepatitis B Vaccine Immunization Coverage Rate and Its Influential Factors in Jiangsu Province

In order to understand the immunization coverage rate of hepatitis B(HB)vaccine and its inffluential factors in Jiangsu Province,we investigated 843 children born in 1997 by the method of stratified multistage random cluster sampling The results showed that HB vaccine coverage rate of 3 doses and eligible vaccination rate were 99 3%,91 6% respectively, indicating a high HB vaccine coverage rate had been achieved in Jiangsu Province The timely vaccination rate of first dose HB vaccine within 2 days of infants'birth was 58 5%,but it was higher(74 2%)in infants born in hospitals of county level and above, and lower(38 2%)in those born in homes The parents not knowing about the vaccination time is one of the influential factors,and besides,their knowledge can only depend upon doctor's instruction We consider that to propagate the importance of timeliness of HB vaccine immunization and to strengthen the administration of hospitals in this affair are the keys to improve the quality of HB vaccination
