| 摘 要： | 为了解我国流行性乙型脑炎 (乙脑 )流行趋势和分布的变化 ,对 195 1～ 2 0 0 0年法定传染病报告资料进行系统分析。结果显示 :我国乙脑发病率呈大幅度下降趋势 ,乙脑疫苗使用前后乙脑流行病学特征发生明显改变。在北京、上海、浙江等历史上乙脑高水平流行省 (直辖市 ) ,当前乙脑发病率已降至很低水平 ,而在个别省如贵州省 ,乙脑发病率并未明显下降 ,成为 2 0世纪 90年代以来全国发病率最高的省。各地应结合历史和当前资料进行综合分析 ,制定有效的乙脑防制对策。

| Abstract: | In order to understand th e epidemic tendency and the distri bution of Japanese B Encephalitis( JE)in China,we analyzed the nation al notifiable infectious disease r eporting data during 1951-2000.The results showed that the incidence of JE decreased dramatically and t he epidemic features changed obvio usly after vaccination compared wi th them before vaccination. JE has been under control in some provinc es once with high prevalence such as Bei jing, Shanghai, and Zh ejiang.However,the incidence seems no decrease in a few provinces such as Guizhou where JE incidence is the highest in the Country since 1990' s.It is recommended all provinces s hould develop the effective JE con trol strategies based on in-depth analysis using historical and current data. |
