北京市外来人口聚集地儿童乙型肝炎疫苗接种率调查

目的了解北京市外来人口聚集地儿童乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗(HepB)接种现状。方法2004年对6个区(县)12个乡(镇)外来人口聚集地采用整群分层抽样方法,调查133名适龄儿童HepB接种情况。结果外来儿童HepB全程接种率96.24%,HepB1及时接种率82.71%,HepB全程及时接种率81.95%结论外来儿童HepB全程接种率较高,但HepB全程及时接种率不理想。这是由于HepB1接种不及时造成的,原因是产妇在家分娩,预防保健人员不能及时掌握外来儿童在家出生情况并为其接种HepB。因此,由经过培训的接生人员接种HepB1,会收到事半功倍的效果。

Investigation on Immunization Coverage Rate of Hepatitis B Vaccine in Children Living in Floating Population Areas

Objective An investigation on knowing the vaccination of Hepatitis B vaccine of children living in floating population areas in Beijing was carried out.Method In 2004 we investigated 133 children from twelve villages of six districts according to their vaccination of Hepatitis B vaccine in the eluster stratified sampling way.Results The immunization coverage rate of Hepatitis B vaccine in the children were:100%,99.25% and 99.25%.The whole immunization coverage rate of Hepatitis B vaccine was 96.24% and the timely immunization eligible rate was 82.71%.The whole regular immunization rate of Hepatitis B was 81.95%.Conclusions The whole immunization rate of Hepatitis B vaccine in children living in floating population areas was high,but the whole regular immunization rate was low,and the main problem was untimely immunization,children born in home and precautionary crew could not beknown their immunization of Hepatitis B vaccine.So the profetional doctors should organize rejecting family-birth,grasping the sum of newborn and punctually carring out immunization.
