| 摘 要： | 目的分析抗菌药物使用的特点和趋势,为合理用药和科学管理提供依据。方法采用WHO药物统计合作中心设定的限定日剂量(defined daily dose,DDD)方法计算我院2005～2007年抗菌药物的用药频度。结果较常用的药物为头孢菌素类、青霉素类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类;2005～2007年抗菌药物消耗金额随我院门诊、住院病人的增多而平稳上升。结论我院2005～2007年抗菌药物的应用基本合理。

| Abstract: | Objective To make a statistic of antibiotic application in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 and analyze the features and trends of using antibiotic for a reasonable application and scientific management of the drugs. Method Calculated the frequency of using antibiotic in our hospital based on DDD （ defined daily dose） made by the Drug Statistical Cooperative Center of WHO. Result Drugs used quite frequently were cephalosporins, penicillins, quinolones and macrolides. Expenditure on antibiotic rose stably as the population of outpatients and inpatients increased in our hospital. Conclusion Antibiotic was basically used reasonably from 2005 to 2007 in our hospital. |
