乳腺癌术后复发转移与血清泌乳素水平的关系

目的探讨乳腺癌术后复发转移与血清泌乳素(Prolactin,PRL)水平的关系及其临床意义。方法采用电化学发光法检测15例乳腺癌术后远处转移患者、7例局部复发患者的血清PRL水平,以同期检测的34例乳腺癌术后无瘤生存患者作对照,分析乳腺癌术后复发转移与血清PRL水平的关系。结果远处转移组高PRL血症的发生率大于无瘤生存组(P<0.05),局部复发组高PRL血症发生率与无瘤生存组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后远处转移患者血清PRL呈异常升高趋势,高PRL血症可能是乳腺癌术后远处转移的危险因素之一,监测血清PRL水平在乳腺癌术后随访中有一定的临床参考价值。

THE RELATION BETWEEN LOCAL RELAPSE/METASTASIS AND SERUM PROLACTIN LEVEL IN POST-OPERATION BREAST CANCER PATIENTS

Objective To evaluate the relation between local relapse/metastasis and serum prolactin (PRL) level in post-operation breast cancer patients and its clinical significance. Methods All of the 56 post-operation breast cancer patients were divided into three groups (the first group has 15 patients with metastasis, the second group has 7 patients with local relapse, and the third group has 34 patients without breast cancer recurrence as control. We check the serum PRL level of all patients through electrochemiluminesence (ECL) and compare the rate of hyperprolactinemia among the three groups. Results The rate of hyperprolactinemia in metastasis group is higher than in control group (P<0.05). However, there is no significant difference in the rate of hyperprolactinemia between local relapse group and control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The serum PRL level of post-opreation breast cancer patients may increase abnormally when metastasis happen. Hyperprolactinemia may be a risk factor of metastasis in post-operation breast cancer patients, so monitoring serum PRL level may be useful for the follow-up of post-operation breast cancer patients.
