辛伐他汀治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征的疗效观察

目的探讨羟甲基戊二酸单酰基辅酶A(HMG-COA)还原酶抑制剂辛伐他汀治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征(Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome,INS)的临床疗效。方法搜集2001年2月～2008年2月期间在我院治疗的小儿原发性肾病综合征患者共80例,随机分为两组,在常规治疗的基础上治疗组40例INS患者予以辛伐他汀治疗,对照组40例INS患者单纯以常规治疗,在24w时监测TC、TG、24h尿蛋白、Scr、BUN、C-反应蛋白的值。结果与治疗前相比,两组TC、TG、24h尿蛋白、Scr、BUN、C-反应蛋白均明显下降,与对照组相比,治疗组血脂有显著下降(p<0.01),而且24h尿蛋白、Scr、BUN、C-反应蛋白均明显下降(p<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀能降低蛋白尿,延缓小儿原发性肾病综合征的进展。

EFFECT OBSERVATION OF SIMVASTATIN TREATMENT FOR CHILDREN WITH KIDNEY DISEASE SYNDROME

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of HMG CoA acid single - A （ HMG - COA） reduetase inhibitors, simvastatin treatment for children with nephrofie syndrome （idiopathic nephrotic syndrome, NS） . Methods From February 2001 to February 2008, collect children with nephrotie syndrome in our hospital with a total of 80 eases, and divided them into two groups, in the treating group of 40 eases of NS patients were added simvastatin to eovenfional treatment, in the control group of 40 eases of NS patients, received conventional therapy only. In the 24 weeks, monitor TC, TG, 24 h urinary protein, Ser, BUN, C - reactive protein value. Results Comparing with before treatment, two groups of TC, TG, 24 h urinary protein, Set, BUN, C -reactive protein were significantly decreased, compared with the control group, blood lipids in the treating group more significantly decreased （p 〈 0. 01 ） and 24h urinary protein , Scr, BUN, C - reactive protein significantly decreased （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Simvastatin can reduce proteinuria, slow down the progress of nephrotie syndrome in children.
