慢性乙肝患者苦参素治疗前后C3、C-反应蛋白水平与HBVDNA含量变化

目的测定慢性乙肝患者苦参素治疗前后及慢性乙肝对照、正常对照补体C3、C-反应蛋白水平,分析苦参素治疗后HBVDNA阴转者和HBVDNA未阴转者治疗前后C3、CRP水平变化。方法补体C3、C-反应蛋白定量用免疫比浊法检测,在全自动生化分析仪完成,HBVDNA用实时萤光定量分析法进行检测。结果①慢性乙肝患者血清中C3水平明显低于正常人群(p<0.001),CRP水平明显高于正常人群(p<0.001);②慢性乙肝患者经苦参素治疗后,无论HBVDNA是否阴转,C3水平均明显升高,CRP水平均明显降低;③慢性乙肝患者苦参素治疗后HBVDNA阴转者和HBVDNA未阴转者C3、CRP水平无明显差别。结论①CRP能很好地反映抗病毒治疗前后肝炎炎症活动状态,补体C3能很好地反映抗病毒治疗前后患者免疫功能改变;②苦参素的抗病毒作用可能与其抗炎和免疫调节作用密切相关。

THE VARIATION OF THE SERUM LEVELS OF C3,C-REATION PROTEIN,AND HBVDNA IN CHRONIC HEPATITIS B PATIENT BEFORE AND AFTER SOPHOCARPIDINE THERAPY

Objective To test the serum levels of C3,C - Reation protein of chronic hepatitis B patient before and after the sophoearpidine therapy,and compare the results with those taken from hepatitis B control group or normal control group. Analyze the variation of serum C3 level, C - reaction protein level after sophocarpidine therapy, and find out the difference of these variation between the patients whose HBVDNA turn negative after therapy and the patients whose HBVDNA were still positive after therapy. Methods Serum C3 and CRP levels were tested with immunological turbidimetry assay at bioehamieal automatic analyzer; and HBVDNA were tested with rear time PCR. Restilts ①Serum C3 levels of patients with chronic hepatitis B were significandy lower than that of the normal population （p 〈 0. 001 ）, CRP levels were significantly higher than the normal population （p 〈 0. 001 ） ;②After treated by sophocarpidine, patients with chronic hepatitis B,whether HBVDNA negative or not, their serum C3 levels were significantly elevated, CRP were significandy reduced ; ③After treatment C3, CRP level has no significant difference between the patients with HBVDNA negative and the patients with HBVDNA positive. Conclusion ①CRP can express hepatitis inflammatory activity status before and after anti - virus therapy, complement C3 can well reflect the immune function change in patients before and after anti - virus treatment ; ②The anti - virus activity of sophocarpidine may be related closely to its role of anti - inflammation and immunomodulation.
