原发性头痛的西医类型与中医分型关系的探讨

目的探讨原发性头痛的中西医类型与中医分型的关系及其临床意义,证实中医头痛是症状学诊断,偏头痛和中医偏头风是一个病,而紧张型头痛和风湿型头痛全等。方法对890例原发性头痛不同类型患者进行9种中医头痛分型的分布统计,并考核分型与症状舌脉符合率。结果原发性头痛临床表现与中医头痛的证侯一致,类型与证型相关,同时发现舌苔脉象与各中医证型相关性差。结论古代中医头痛和西医原发性头痛一样也是症状学诊断。其中偏头痛和中医偏头风是一个病,而紧张型头痛和风湿型头痛也是一个病。
