广州市农村地区高中生预防艾滋病、性病健康教育近期效果评价

目的通过健康教育，使学生全面了解预防艾滋病、性病（AIDS／STD）相关知识，正确对待AIDS／STD患者，学会保护自己，培养对自己、他人及社会的责任感。方法将广州市农村地区一所高中的722名学生作为研究对象，分析实施健康教育前后两次相同内容问卷调查数据。结果学生对AIDS／STD传播途径知晓率较高，非传播途径知晓率偏低，15．65％的学生对艾滋病有恐惧感，36．04％和37．15％的学生不愿与同学和朋友交往，有1．66％的学生发生过性交行为，在1．66％的学生中，仅有16．67％使用了安全套，0．83％的学生有2个或以上性伴侣。结论学生对AIDS／STD知识掌握不够全面，排斥AIDS／STD患者，自我保护意识薄弱，建议全面系统地开展健康教育活动，提高学生的自我保护意识，采取健康生活行为方式。

EVALUATION OF RECENT EFFECT OF PREVENTING AIDS/STD HEALTH EDUCATION IN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS OF GUANGZHOU CITY RURAL AREA

Objective To make the students have a comprehensive understanding of AIDS/STD, let them form the right attitude towards AIDS/STD patients and social sense of responsibility through health education. Meth- ods Choose 722 students from a rural high school as the research object, then let them do the same survey twice when before and after the health education respectively. Results The rate of correct answers to AIDS/STD transmission routes was high, but the students have little knowledge of non-transmission routes. 15.65% of the responders have fear of AIDS, there＇re 36. 04% and 37. 15% of the students who don＇t like to communicate with classmates and friends respectively. 1.66% of the responders have had sexual behavior, among whom only 16. 67% used condom, 0. 83% of them had more than two sex mates. Conclusion The students don＇t have a comprehensive knowledge of AIDS/STD; they exclude patients of AIDS/STD and have htfle consciousness of self- protection. It＇s suggested that health education should be carried out comprehensively and systematically, so that the students can raise their awareness of self - protection and adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors.
