综合医院抗菌药物应用的调查与分析

目的了解我院住院患者抗菌药物应用的合理性,弄清抗菌药物的使用现状和存在问题,为有效管理提供依据。方法根据2004年全年各临床科室的住院病人数在全院总的住院病人数中的构成比,随机抽取2005年1月～6月各科住院病人的病历共195份进行回顾性调查。结果195例住院患者中,共使用了8大类53种抗菌药物,总的使用率为82.6%;以单联应用为主,占53.4%;在使用种类上,青霉素类占第一位;给药方式主要以静脉给药为主,占89.2%,用药目的主要是预防性用药,占58.2%。结论我院抗菌药物的使用仍存在不合理现象,应加强抗菌药物合理应用的管理。

SURVERY AND ANALYSIS OF ANTIBACTERIAL USAGE IN COMPREHENSIVE HOSPITAL

Objective To make clear the utilization status and problems of antibiotics in our hospital by investigating the rationality of the usage of antibiotics on the in-patients for the purpose of providing the basis for effective management. Methods 195 medical records were retrospectively investigated , which were randomly drew from in-patients from January to June in 2005, in proportion to contituent ratios of in-patients in each department in 2004. Results 53 kinds of antibiotics falling into 8 categories were applied in 195 in-patients, with a total antibiotics usage rate of 82.6%. Single usage was most common at the ratio of 53.4%. As to antibiotics kinds, penicillins were the first, and intravenous administration was the main way with a ratio of 89.2%. Preventive usage ranked first in usage objectives by accounting for 58.2% in all the cases. Conclution There were still substandard usage of antibiotics in our hospital, and it's necessary to improve the management of rational usage of antibiotics.
