| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用红细胞平均体积(MCV)筛查无偿献血者的必要性。方法采用红细胞平均体积(MCV)筛查无偿献血人群中的可疑地中海贫血基因携带者,并对可疑者进行地中海贫血基因诊断检查。结果 MCV<80 fl的筛查出185例,占4 529名被调查人员的4.08%。对185例MCV<80 fl的样品进行地贫基因诊断分析,地贫基因诊断阳性者总例数123例,占MCV<80 fl的185例献血者的比例为66.5%,占抽样4 529人的比例为2.72%。结论为提高血液质量,有必要应用MCV筛查无偿献血者。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the necessity of application of mean corpuscular volume（MCV） in screening the volunteer blood donors. Methods Suspicious of thalassemia gene carriers are screened by the mean corpuscular volume（MCV） and analyzed by gene diagnosis in the group of voluntary blood donors. Results MCV of 185 cases are less than80 fl（MCV80fl）,accounting for 4.08% of 4 529 participants.In 185 patients（MCV80 fl）,thalassemia positive is 123 cases by gene diagnosis,accounting for 66.5% of 185 patients（MCV80 fl）,accounting for 2.72% of 4 529 participants. Conclusion In order to improve the blood quality,it is necessary to apply MCV for screening blood donors. |
