浅谈如何做好住院收费工作

医院的经济收入中,住院收入占了很大的比重,而这分量极大的经济收入都要通过住院收费部门这一工作环节。住院收费部门既是医院面向社会的窗口,又是连接医患的平台。住院收费工作能否高效妥善,密切关系到医院的社会效益和经济效益。因此,做好住院收费工作,提高服务质量意义重大。笔者从完善财务管理制度,运用网络信息平台,引入适度的激励机制三个方面浅谈如何做好住院收费工作。

Therefore, to do the in - hospital expense collection work well and improve the service, quality has its great significance. This paper attempts to discuss on how to do this work well by the perfection of financial management system, the usage of internet information plat- form and the introduction of encouragement mechanism.
