建立护理岗位绩效考核动态管理体系的探索

摘    要:目的探讨建立科学高效的护理岗位绩效考核动态管理体系。方法利用专家咨询法设计包括岗位性质、工作质量、工作效益、工作效率、风险系数、负性事件等评价指标在内的新的护理岗位绩效考核指标体系和各级指标的权重系数。结果确定护理人员绩效工资总额并计算出各护理单元(科室)绩效工资,再由护理单元(科室)进行二次分配,量化细化到每一护理岗位。结论护理岗位绩效考核动态管理体系体现了人力资源管理的公平原则,并符合PDCA循环的特点,有利于个人潜力的发挥。

Abstract:Objectives To discuss the establishing of a dynamic management system for nursing posts performance evaluation. Methods All the weight coefficients were set for the new Index system of nursing posts per- formance evaluation, including the nature of the post, work quality, work sufficiency and efficiency, risk factors, negative events by consulting experts. Results Total performance salary of nursing staff was determined and seconda- ry allocation was carried out in each nursing unit, quantitatively for every post. Conclusion Dynamic management system for nursing posts performance evaluation reflects the principle of fairness for human resources management, is consistent with the characteristics of PDCA cycle, favorable for individual ootentials.
