| 摘 要： | 目的对由中华医学会计算机医学应用学组和广东省病案学会支持的、由多家医院共同协作研究完成的项目“广域医院病案质控平台”进行全面测试和评价。方法现场测试和实际使用情况分析。结果使用该平台可以使病案质控在宏观和微观管理都上到了一个新的高度和档次。结论此平台适合二级以上医院推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To test the platform of wide area hospital quality control of medical record that had been completed through coordinate research by many hospitals, supported by the Computer Medical Application Group of Chinese Medical Association and the Medical Record Association of Guangdong Province. Methods Testing the platform on-site and analyze its actual working situation. Results It showed that quality control of medical record attained to new altitude and grade whether in macroscopic management or in microcosmic management by using this platform. Conclusion The authors suggested that this platform should be applied and extended to hospitals of Grade Tow and over within Guangdong Province. |
