| 摘 要： | 对我院应用临床路径进行质量管理和费用控制进行探讨研究并对其结果进行统计分析,结果表明临床路径组平均住院日缩短、住院费用降低、病人满意度提高均有统计学意义。由此说明实施临床路径能在我国目前的医疗保险定额结算中取得社会效益和经济效益的双赢,也为提高医疗质量管理和完善医保结算制度提供有益的指引。

| Abstract: | This article applies the clinical pathway to carry on the quality control and the expense control conducts the discussion research and carries on the statistical analysis to its result.It indicated the clinical pathway group average in hospital date reduces,hospital expense reduces and the patient degree of satisfaction enhances has statistics significance.From this it explained the implementation clinical pathway can guarantee the fixed quantity in our country at present medicine to settle accounts obtains the social efficiency and economic efficiency win-win,as well as for enhances the medical service quality control and the consummation medicine guarantees the settlement system to provide the beneficial direction. |
