抗生素的不合理应用分析

目的分析我院住院病人不合理应用抗菌药物的主要表现形式,为进一步干预提供理论依据,促进临床合理用药。方法对2006年5月～2008年2月我院63份抗菌药物不合理应用的典型病例进行统计、分析。结果给药方法不当共发生43次;剂量应用不当共15次;选药不当共12次;更换不合理11次。不合理应用抗菌药物的情况在临床各科均有分布且表现形式多样,应加强干预和管理。结论对病例进行用药分析是直接调查不合理用药的重要手段,能有效地促进、指导临床合理用药。

ANALYSIS ON IRRATIONAL USE OF ANTIBIOTICS

Objective To analyze the major ways of how the inpatients in our hospital use antibiotics irrationally and provide theory bases for further interference aiming at using drugs rationally. Method 63 typical cases of using antibiotic irrationally （from May,2006 to February,2008 ）were collected and analyzed. Result Various improper behaviors in drug use happened, with 43 times in drug administration, 15 times in doses, 12 times in drug selection, 11 times in drug changing. Irrational use of antibiotics occurred in every clinic department, which should be strengthened in interference and management. Conclusion Analysis on drug use is an important means for directly investigating irrational ways of drug application, which could effectively promote and guide reasonable use of drugs.
