精神分裂症患者自我管理影响因素分析

目的了解精神分裂症患者自我管理现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、精神分裂症患者自我管理量表,选取2013年12月²014年3月我院精神科出院的精神分裂症患者496例为研究对象,对其进行调查。结果精神分裂症患者的自我管理现状较差,平均得分(52.56±7.79),且其结果受患者性别、年龄、婚姻、受教育程度、是否首次发病等因素的影响,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论医务人员及其主要照顾者应教会患者掌握自我管理技能,提高患者的自我管理水平,稳定患者病情,促进患者的康复。

INFLUENTIAL FACTORS OF SELF MANAGEMENT OF SCHIZOPHRENIA PATIENTS

Objective To explore the status of self - management in patients with schizophrenia and to analyze its factors. Methods The ordinary questionnaire and Schizophrenia Self- Management Instrument Scale（SSMIS） were applied for the investigation among 496 patients with schizophrenia in the psychiatric department of our hospital between December 2013 and March 2014. Results The status of self - management in patients with schizophrenia was poor, with the average score of （52.56 ±7.79）, and the result was affected by gender, age, marital status, level of education and whether it was the first onset as well as other factors. The difference was statistically significant （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Medical personnel and the primary earegivers of patients should educate patients to master self - management skills, improve the patients＇ self - management level, stabilize patients, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
