高通量透析治疗尿毒症性周围神经病变的疗效观察

目的探索高通量透析对尿毒症性周围神经病的治疗作用。方法将42例尿毒症性周围神经病的病人随机分为普通血液透析组和高通量透析组,每组21例,均按每周3次,每次4小时的透析时进行血液透析,2个月为一个疗程。对透析前后病人的自发疼痛、感觉减退、不安腿综合征、麻木症状,肱二头肌腱反射,膝腱反射,正中神经、胫神经和腓总神经的感觉传导速度的改善情况进行对比分析。结果高通量透析组其临床症状、神经传导速度均有较为明显改善,而普通血液透析组改善不明显。结论高通量透析对尿毒症性周围神经病有治疗作用。

EFFICACY OBSERVATION OF UREMIC PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY TREATMENT OF HIGH FLOW HEMODIALYSIS

Objective To investigate the curing effect of high flow hemodialysis in treating uremic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 42 patients with uremic peripheral neuropathy were divided into 2 groups (high flow hemodialysis and common hemodialysis), 21 patients in each group, 3 times a week, 4 hours each time, 2 months for each period of treatment, comparing and analyzing the symptom (auto pain, anaesthesia, restless leg syndrome, numbness), tendon reflex (biceps reflex and knee reflex), sensory nerve conduction velocity (median, tibial, peroneal). Results The clinic symptom and nerve conduction velocity in group high flow hemodialysis got improved obviously; there was almost no change in common hemodialysis group. Conclusion The high flow hemodialysis treatment is effective for the uremic perepheral neuropathy.
