2009—2011年上海市浦东新区农药中毒情况分析

目的分析上海市浦东新区农药中毒基本情况,掌握中毒发生的特点,加强农药中毒的预防和管理。方法对辖区内2009—2011年上报的"农村农药中毒报告卡及个案调查表"、农药中毒季报表、年报表进行分析和统计。结果 2009—2011年共计发生农药中毒587例,死亡12例,总中毒死亡率2.04%。其中生产性农药中毒112例,中毒死亡率为0;非生产性农药中毒475例,死亡12例,中毒死亡率2.53%;生产性农药中毒的时间特点比较明显,以7、8月份为主,占全部中毒人数的74.11%。结论浦东新区农药中毒以非生产性农药中毒为主;建议加强对从业人群进行安全操作和防护知识的培训;加强农药生产、销售、使用过程中各环节的监管力度,减少高毒农药的使用;减少误服、自杀等非生产性农药中毒的发生。提高社区卫生服务中心等医疗机构的诊断、急救能力,切实减少因农药中毒而造成的危害。

Evaluation of pesticide poisoning incidents in Pudong New Area of Shanghai City from 2009-2011

Objective]To analyze the basic situation of pesticide poisoning incidents in Pudong New Area of Shanghai City,to understand its features,and strengthen the prevention and management of pesticide poisoning.Methods]The 2009-2011 reported "Pesticide poisoning report card and case questionnaire",quarterly report and annual report of pesticide poisoning were analyzed statistically.Results] From 2009-2011,a total of 587 pesticide poisoning incidents were reported,with 12 death cases and poisoning mortality of 74.11%.Conclusion]The most pesticide poisoning incidents belong to unproductive pesticide poisoning in Pudong New Area.It is suggested to strengthen training about safe operation and protection knowledge among employees,to strengthen the supervision of pesticide production,marketing,the using process,to reduce the use of highly toxic pesticides,and reduce the occurrence of incidents such as taking pesticide by mistake,suicide and other non-productive pesticide poisoning.Diagnosis and first aid capability of the community health service centers and other medical institutions should be enhanced to reduce the harm caused by pesticide poisoning.
