| 摘 要： | 目的通过对蛋白免疫印迹法(WB)试验结果的观察，确定个体是否感染HIV以及HIV感染状况。方法对50份抗-HIV初筛阳性血清使用WB法进行确认实验。结果在被检测样品中，HIV-1型确认试验阳性45例，占90％；HIV-1型确认试验阳性，且提示HIV-2阳性感染1例，占2％；HIV-1型确认试验弱阳性(不确定)2例，占4％；HIV-1型确认试验阴性2例，占4％。结论WB法试验为确定个体有无HIV感染以及HIV感染状况提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective Western blot assay observation was made to confirm individual HIV infection and infection status. Methods] Confirmation experiment was conducted on 50 cases of positive anti-HIV with WB. Results] 45 cases (90%) were confirmed HIV-1,type positive, among which 1 case (2%) was combined with HIV-2 type positive. 2 cases (4%) were found weak positive (unconfirmed) , 2 cases (4%) were found HIV-1 negative. Conclusion]WB method can provide basis for confirming individual HIV infection and infection status. |
