北京市怀柔区居民成人慢性病及其危险因素

目的了解北京市怀柔区居民慢性病的患病率，为区域内慢性病预防对策提供依据。方法采用多阶段等比例分层整群抽样方法，在严格的质量控制下于2005年9-10月对怀柔区374名年龄≥18岁的常住居民进行询问调查，并测量身高、体重及对血压及血生化指标进行检测，对结果进行统计学分析。结果怀柔区≥18岁居民高血压的患病率为45.2％，标化患病率42.5％。高血压的知晓率为35.5％，服药率24.9％，高血压的控制率1.8％。超重患病率为42.2％，标化患病率41.0％；肥胖患病率20.6％，标化患病率19.3％；糖尿病患病率为10.5％，标化患病率10.2％。血脂异常患病率为50％。总吸烟率26.7％；总饮酒率14.7％；缺乏体育锻炼率41.2％。结论怀柔区居民健康状况不容乐观，高血压、超重、肥胖、高血脂、缺乏体育锻炼、吸烟和过渡饮酒等已经成为影响居民健康的重要危险因素。

Chronic Diseases and Risk Factors among the Local Residents in Huairou District of Beijing

Objective] To learn the morbidity of chronic diseases among the local residents of Huairou District in Beijing and provide evidence for the prevention of chronic diseases in that area.Methods] Multi-phase stratified sampling method was used to conduct questionnaires on 374 local residents above the age of 18 in Huairou District of Beijing in September and November of 2005;their height,weight,blood pressure and biochemical indexes were detected;statistic analysis was made on the results.Results] The morbidity of hypertension was 45.2%(the standard prevalence was 42.5%);the witting rate of hypertension was 35.5%,dosing rate was 24.9%,the hypertension control rate was 1.8%,the prevalence of overweight was 42.2%(the standard prevalence was 41.0%),the prevalence of obesity was 20.6%(the standard rate was 19.3%),the morbidity of diabetes was 10.5%(the standard rate was 10.2%),the abnormal rate of blood lipid was 50%,the total smoking and drinking rates were 26.7% respectively,the rate of lacking physical exercise was 41.2%.Conclusion] The health situation of the local residents of Huairou District is not satisfactory;hypertension,overweight,obesity,hypertension,lack of physical exercise,smoking and excessive drinking are the important risk factors that influence the health of the local residents.
