北京市某高校教职工脑血管病患病情况及其危险因素

目的了解北京市某高校教职工脑血管病危险因素,为进行脑血管病预防工作提供依据。方法对某高校教职工2 539人进行基本资料采集及健康检查,对所得资料进行整理分析。结果北京市某高校教职工高血压病、糖尿病、眼底动脉硬化患病率分别为27.7%、12.4%和12.1%,且随年龄增长,各疾病患病率呈上升趋势。肥胖超重患病率为51.0%,吸烟率19.8%,其中男性吸烟率为38.6%。男性高血压病、糖尿病、超重肥胖及吸烟患病率均高于女性。结论该高校教职工脑血管病危险因素致患病率高,应针对不同人群采取不同预防管理措施,控制脑血管病危险因素,从而降低脑血管病的发生率。

Prevalence of cerebrovascular disease risk factor among teaching staff in a university of Beijing City

Objective] To investigate the cerebrovascular disease risk factor of teaching staff in a university of Beijing City,and provide basis for the prevention of cerebrovascular disease.Methods]The basic data from questionnaires and physical examination of 2 539 members of teaching staff were collected and analyzed.Results]In all teaching staff,the hypertension,diabetes mellitus,fundus atherosclerosis prevalence rate was 27.7%,12.4% and 12.1%,respectively and with the growth of age,the disease prevalence rate showed upward trend.Obesity and overweight prevalence rate was 51.0%.Prevalence of smoking was 19.8%,among which male smoking rate was 38.6%.The hypertension,diabetes mellitus,obesity overweight and smoking prevalence rates of males were higher than those of females.Conclusion]The prevalence rate of cerebrovascular disease risk factor of teaching staffs in the university is higher,some management measures must be taken targeted on different people to control the risk factors of cerebral vascular disease,so as to reduce the incidence of cerebrovascular disease.
