常熟市2009年公共场所卫生监测结果

目的了解常熟市公共场所卫生状况及其影响人群健康的主要因素,为加强卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法按照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》(BG/T17220-1998)的要求,2009年对该市675家公共场所的室内空气和公共用品进行卫生监测。结果室内空气共监测2378项次,合格2032项次,合格率为85.5%;公共用品共监测1841件,合格1481件,合格率为80.5%;游泳场所水质共监测80份,合格41份,合格率51.4%。结论该市不同类型的公共场所卫生监测合格情况不理想,其影响人群健康的因素各不相同,应加强对各类公共场所的预防性和日常性卫生监督监测,加强对公共场所从业人员的卫生知识培训,确保公共场所卫生符合要求。

Results of Health Monitoring of Public Places in Changshu City in 2009

Objective]To understand the health condition of the public places in Changshu city and the main influencing factors of public health,provide scientific basis for the enhancement of health supervision and management.Methods]According to the requirement of the Rules of Health Monitoring for Public Places （GB/T 17220—1998）,the health monitoring was performed in the indoors air and public articles which selected from 675 public places in Changshu city in 2009.Results]Among 2378 item-times of indoors air monitoring,2032 item-times were qualified,and the qualified rate was 85.5%.Among 1841 examined samples of public articles samples,1481 samples were qualified,and the qualified rate was 80.5%.80 water samples of swimming place were tested,41 samples were qualified,and the qualified rate was 51.4%.Conclusion]The health conditions of different public places in Changshu city were not good,and the influencing factors for public health were different.The preventive and daily health supervision and monitoring in different public places should be strengthened,and education of health knowledge among employee in public places should be improved,so as to ensure the public health.
