摘    要:目的观察双酚A对小鼠体内生殖内分泌激素水平的影响。方法采用放射免疫法分别测定不同剂量双酚A腹腔注射染毒3d及相同剂量双酚A一次染毒后30min、4、12、24、36、48和72h的小鼠血清雌二醇(E:)和睾丸组织睾酮(T)水平。结果不同剂量双酚A染毒3d后,各染毒组T含量明显低于阴性对照组(P〈0.05),且随着染毒剂量的增加而明显降低;雄性和雌性小鼠血清E2浓度随染毒剂量的增加而逐渐升高,当剂量达到80umol/kg时,明显高于阴性对照组(P〈0.05)。相同剂量双酚A一次染毒后0.5~12h内,小鼠睾丸组织T及血清E2水平迅速下降,之后缓慢上升,72h内可恢复正常水平。结论双酚A对小鼠具有内分泌干扰作用,可引起小鼠组织睾酮水平下降及血清雌二醇水平升高。

Abstract: Objective] To observe the effects of Bisphenol A ( BPA} on levels of reproductive and endocrine hormones in mice. Methods ] Mouse were exposed to different doses of BPA for 3 days and same doses of BPA for 30 min, 4 h, 12 h, 24 h, 36 h, 48 h, 72 h. Radioimmunoassay was adopted to measure the levels of estradiol(E-2) in serum and testosterone(T) in testis. Results ] Three days after treatment of mice exposed to different doses of BPA, the T levels in testis were significantly lower than that in the negative control group ( P 〈 0.05) ,and it decreased along with the increasing of the BPA dose. E-2 levels in serum increased along with the increasing of the BPA dose. When the BPA dose reached 80umol/kg, E-2 levels was significantly higher than that in the negative control group ( P 〈0.05). After the mice exposed to BPA for 0.5 - 12 hours, levels of T in testis and E-2 in serum declined quickly, and then increased slowly. After 72 hours, it resumed to the normal level. Conclusion] BPA has an interference effect on the reproductive and endocrine hormones of mice, and can induce the decreasing of T level in testis and increasing of E-2 level in serum.
