医务人员工作情绪及职业态度的影响因素

目的了解医务人员和患者互动过程中的情绪体验及其心理影响因素。方法2010年6—7月在某市5家三甲医院实施了问卷调查和结构式访谈，问卷调查对象包括医务人员及患者共计1010名（其中有效问卷1001份），结构式访谈对象包括医务人员及患者共计50名。结果针对目前的医患关系现状医方认为“很好”和“较好”的占17．7％，而患者中认为医患关系现状“很好”和“较好”的则占66．2％；对于医患关系的本质，47．6％的医方和59．7％的患者认为是一种诊疗关系。结论医患双方在医疗沟通过程中都持有正向的情绪体验，患者对医务人员的信任感同医患间的积极互动有着密切联系；医务人员的工作情绪受职场和家庭环境的双重影响，而他们的沟通技巧也同样来自其在生活环境中所获得的经验。

Influencing factors of working feelings and occupational attitude of medical workers

Objective] To understand the emotional experience and psychological factors of medical personnel and patients during interactive process. Methods] From June-July 2010, the questionnaires and structured interviews were implemented in 5 third-grade class-A hospitals, a total of 1 010 medical workers and patients were investigated （ 1 001 valid questionnaires ）, and totally 50 medical workers and patients were interviewed. Results ] For current situation of doctor-patient relationship, medical workers who believed that was ＂good＂ and ＂better＂ accounted for 17.7%, and that of 66.2% among patients. For nature of the doctor-pa-tient relationship, 47.6% of medical workers and 59.7% of patients believed that was a clinic relationship. Conclusion] In the process of communication, both doctors and patients hold positive emotional experiences, a sense of trust in the medical staff of the patient is closely associated with positive interaction between doctors and patients. The working feelings of medical workers are in-fluenced by both the workplace and the home environment, and their communication skills are also from the working and living envi-ronment.
