| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声与CT对小儿卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的小儿卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转38例,并对其超声及CT图像进行分析。结果38例患者平均年龄12岁(9～15岁)。其中黏液性囊腺瘤10例,浆液性囊腺瘤8例,畸胎瘤12例,单纯性囊肿5例,内胚窦瘤2例,多囊卵泡1例,均合并蒂扭转(90°～1080°),这些肿瘤都有其各自的超声和CT表现特点。超声对蒂扭转诊断的准确性为63.2%,38例中20例(52.6%)CT提示有蒂扭转的可能。结论B型超声及CT为诊断本病的重要影像检查手段,超声检查是小儿卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转简便有效的首选方法,CT对卵巢肿瘤的定位和定性诊断有帮助。
