摘    要:目的通过对广西某县农村居民饮用地下水中化学污染物的健康风险评价,阐述目前农村居民饮用地下水水质状况和对人体健康的影响。方法选取2010年随机采集的10个自然行政村的饮用地下水检测数据,应用健康风险评价模型对通过饮水途径所引起的健康风险进行评价。结果该饮用地下水水质化学致癌物所致健康风险度大小顺序为Cr6+>As>Cd,非致癌性污染物所致风险度大小顺序为硝酸盐>铅>铜>氟化物>锰>汞>氨氮>铁>氰化物>锌>挥发酚,但均低于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的通过饮水途径最大可接受风险水平。结论农村居民饮用地下水水质健康风险以化学致癌物为主,应加以优先检测与控制。

Abstract:Objective]Through health risk assessment of chemical pollutants in rural drinking groundwater of a county of Guangxi Province,to describe the current status of rural drinking groundwater quality and its influence to human health.Methods]According to the monitoring data of the randomly selected rural drinking groundwater resources of 10 villages in 2010,health risk assessment was performed with the environment-health risk assessment model.Results]The ranking of risk values due to chemical carcinogen was Cr6+>As>Cd and the ranking of risk values due to non-carcinogen contaminations was NO-3>Pb>Cu>F->Mn>Hg>NH3-N>Fe>CN->Zn>volatile phenols,but they were all lower than the maximum allowance levels recommended by ICRP.Conclusion]The health risk of rural drinking groundwater is mainly caused by chemical carcinogens which should be controlled with a high priority.
