心电图T波对肥厚型心肌病的诊断价值

目的分析常规12导联心电图（ECG），探讨T波变化对诊断肥厚型心肌病（HCM）的意义。方法对经临床及超声心动图检查确诊61例HCM患者的ECG进行回顾分析。结果心电图T波倒置47例，占77．0％（47／61）；伴ST段下移者17例，占27．9％（17／61）；单纯ST段下移不伴T波倒置者仅2例，占3．3％（2／61）。非室间隔肥厚型及全心肥厚型患者心电图T波倒置为100％，室间隔肥厚型T波倒置占57．4％（35／61）。结论固定性T波倒置高度提示HCM的诊断。
