| 摘 要： | 目的分析1 427例其他感染性腹泻流行特征和变化趋势,为制定预防与控制策略提供科学依据。方法对深圳市福田区1 427例感染性腹泻的疫情资料和专题调查报告进行流行病学分析。结果其他感染性腹泻发病率为99.42/10万。主要分布于流动人口较多的福田街道与沙头街道;发病高峰时间为10—12月;男性发病人数多于女性,性别比为1.49;0～4岁儿童发病1 123例,占总发病数78.70%;散居儿童与托幼儿童发病1 198例,占总发病数的83.96%;1 427例患者中,轮状病毒诊断阳性率为81.85%。结论深圳福田区其他感染性腹泻发病率较高,以儿童为主(尤其是散居儿童),秋冬季为发病高峰,轮状病毒为主要病原,应采取有效的措施进行防制。
