| 摘 要： | 目的：观察慢性汞中毒引起肾损伤的临床表现，治疗及预后；方法：收集22例慢性汞中毒病人的临床资料，做一综合分析评价。结果：非织业性汞中毒引起的肾损伤，病因多样，人数多，肾损伤有明显剂量依赖性，病变范围广，可逆转。结论：慢性汞中毒引起的肾损伤不容忽视。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the clinical manifestation, therapy, and prognosis of renal injury induced by chronic mercury intoxication. Method] Make a comprehensive evaluation by collecting clinical material of 22 patients with chronic mercury intoxication. Result] Cause of renal injury induced by unprofessional mercury intoxication is various. The degree of renal injury is dose- dependent. The manifestation is widespread but reversible. Conclusion] Renel injury induced by chronic mercury intoxication should not be neglected. |
