维生素B6用于中期妊娠引产后回奶效果

目的探讨维生素B6在中期妊娠引产后病人回奶中的作用。方法选取天津市和平区妇产科医院中期妊娠要求中止妊娠妇女450例，予利凡诺腔内注射引产后，随机选取150例为组1（对照组）不服药，150例为组2，服乙烯雌酚5mgtid×3d，150例为组3，服维生素B6100mgtid×3d。于术前及术后3d测定血清雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、泌乳素（PRL）水平，并观察乳汁分泌情况。结果组3血清PRL水平下降最明显，且抑制泌乳效果最好。结论中期妊娠引产后服用维生素B6回奶效果好，不良反应小，可替代乙烯雌酚等成为中引产后回奶的理想用药。

Effect of Vitamin B6 on Suppression of Lactation after Induced Abortion in the Second Trimester of Pregnancy

Objective] To investigate the effect of Vitamin B6 on suppression of Lactation after induced abortion in the Second Trimester of Pregnancy Methods ]450 cases of Tianjin Heping Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in the second trimester of pregnancy were chosen to induced abortion with intra-ammiotic injection of rivanol. Then they were divided into 3 groups randomly , 150 were treated without any drug as group 1 （the control group）, 150 were treated with diethylstilbestrol at a dose of 5 mg tid × 3 d as group 2, 150 were treated with vitamin B6 at a dose of 100 mg tid × 3 d. 3-day preoperative and 3-day postoperative Serum levels of E2, P, PRL Were determined, and the lactation was observed. Results] Serum level of PRL decreased obviously in group 3, and the effect on suppression of Lactation is the best among three groups. Conclusion ] Vitamin B6 treatment has good effect on Suppression of Lactation after induced abortion in the second trimester of pregnancy and has little adverse reaction so it can replace diethylstilbestrol treatment.
