秦皇岛市北戴河区成年人代谢综合征流行病学调查和影响因素分析

目的了解秦皇岛市北戴河区成年人代谢综合征的发病现状和影响因素,为开展预防代谢综合征提供基础资料。方法采用随机抽样的流行病学调查方法,于2010年8—10月对该区20～92岁居民进行面对面问卷调查,同时测定调查对象的体重、身高、血压、血脂、空腹血糖,共调查3 572人,有效调查人数为3 569人。运用2004中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)标准对资料进行分析。结果代谢综合征患病率为5.72%,男性7.76%,女性3.80%,两性比较,男女患病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.57,P0.01)。20～40、41～60、60岁以上年龄组患病率分别为0.89%,6.46%,11.14%,不同年龄阶段患病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=92.15,P0.01),年龄和经济状况是代谢综合征的影响因素。结论北戴河区成年人代谢综合征患病率较高,是影响居民健康的重大的公共卫生问题,应开展代谢综合征的综合防治。

Epidemiological investigation on metabolic syndrome of adults in Beidaihe district of Qinhuangdao city and analysis on influence factors

Objective]To understand the epidemic status and influence factors of metabolic syndrome of adults in Beidaihe district of Qinhuangdao city,provide the basic data for prevention of the metabolic syndrome.Methods]From August to October 2010,the face-to-face questionnaire was conducted in residents aged 20-92 years old in Beidaihe district by random sampling of epidemiological method.The weight,height,blood pressure,blood lipids and fasting blood glucose of 3 572 investigated objects were measured,and 3 569 offered effective data.The data were analyzed according to the standard of Chinese diabetes society(CDS) 2004.Results]The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome was 5.72%,that of males and females was 7.76% and 3.80% respectively,and the difference was significant(χ2=24.57,P<0.01).The prevalence rate of 20-40 year age group,41-60 year age group and over 60 year age group was 0.89%,6.46% and 11.14% respectively,and the difference was significant(χ2=92.15,P<0.01).The influence factors of metabolic syndrome were age and economic status.Conclusion]The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome of adults in Beidaihe district is high,and it is the major public health problem which affects the health of residents.It is necessary to carry out the comprehensive prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome.
