摘    要:目的了解不同工龄、不同年龄、不同性别的苯作业人员血常规异常情况,为企业改善生产环境普及职业健康教育,采取有效措施提供依据。方法对某化工厂422名苯作业工人进行职业健康检查,按照《职业性苯中毒诊断标准》(GBZ68—200)进行诊断,对血常规资料进行统计学处理。结果血常规异常检出率为11.14%,异常检出率随工龄和年龄的增加有增加的趋势,但是对于年龄小、工龄短的作业工人(工龄〈5a,年龄〈25岁)血常规异常检出率也相对较高;女性血常规异常检出率明显高于男性。结论对苯作业人员应定期进行职业健康检查,发现异常应及时治疗并调离,同时应加强职业健康教育,采取有效防护措施,减少苯的危害。

Abstract: Objective] To understand the abnormal status of blood routine examination results of benzene-exposed workers with dif- ferent lengths of service, different ages and different genders, and provide evidence for enterprises to improve the production environ- ment, promote the occupational health education and take effective measures. Methods] Occupational health examination was per- formed on 422 benzene-exposed workers of a chemical plant. Diagnosis was based on " Diagnostic Criteria of Occupational Benzene Poisoning" GBZ 68 -2002. The data of blood routine was analyzed statistically. Results] The abnormal detection rate of blood rou- fine, which was 11.14% , increased with the increasing age and length of service. But for young workers or workers with short length of service { Length of service 〈 5 years, age 〈 25 years } , the detection rate was relatively high ; the detection rate of female was sig- nificantly higher than that of male. Conclusion] The regular occupational health examination should be performed on benzene-ex- posed workers. When their blood routine becomes abnormal, they should be transferred to another post. Occupational health educa- tion should be strengthened and effective control measures should be adopted to reduce benzene hazards.
