2013年无锡市南长区居民慢性病危险因素调查

目的了解无锡市南长区人群常见慢性病患病率及相关危险因素现状,以确定健康教育重点,为制定合理的健康促进策略提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样,调查18周岁以上常住人口,由经培训的调查员进行调查和相关项目的测量。结果调查的3 030人中,饮酒和吸烟率分别为19.6%、22.6%,高血压患病率和超重率分别为24.6%、44.6%,缺少锻炼的人群百分比达47.5%,饮食上嗜糖、嗜盐及嗜油的分别占16.7%、14.5%和7.2%。结论吸烟、酗酒、缺乏运动以及不健康饮食是慢性病的主要危险因素,应加强对这方面的健康教育及健康促进工作。

Investigation on risk factors of chronic diseases among residents in Nanchang District of Wuxi City in 2013

Objective]To study the prevalence of chronic diseases among residents in Nanchang District of Wuxi City,investigate the risk factors,analyze the keys of health education,and provide scientific basis for developing the strategies and measures of chronic disease control and prevention.Methods]By using the random cluster sampling,the residents over 18 years old were enrolled in this study. The surveys and measurements were carried out by the trained investigators.Results]Among 3030 residents in this study,the rate of drinking and smoking was 19. 6% and 22. 6% respectively,the prevalence rate of hypertension was 24. 6%,and the overweight rate was 44. 6%. A lack of exercise was observed in 47. 5% of people,and the rate of high-carbonhydrate,high-salt and high-fat diet was 16. 7%,14. 5% and 7. 2%,respectively.Conclusion]Smoking,excessive drinking,the lack of exercise and unhealthy diet are the main risk factors of chronic diseases. The health education and health promotion according the risk factors should be strengthened.
