溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐的毒理学安全性研究

摘    要:目的对溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐的毒理学安全性进行初步评价。方法采用急性经口毒性试验,急性经皮毒性试验,眼刺激试验,多次皮肤刺激试验,致敏试验和28天反复吸入毒性试验,对溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐进行毒理学评价。结果溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐急性经口LD50大于5 000 mg/kg,急性经皮LD50大于5 000 mg/kg,对眼有轻微刺激性;无皮肤刺激性,为弱致敏物。28天毒性试验表明模拟人类使用环境,置于悬挂溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐中的实验动物无明显不良影响。结论溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐对实验动物无明显毒性,但如何全面评价溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐的安全性有待进一步探索。

Abstract: Objective] To carry out the preliminary evaluation on the toxicological safety of decamethrin-treated mosquito nets. Methods] The toxicological evaluation on decamethrin-treated mosquito nets was conducted by the acute oral toxicity test, acute dermal toxicity test, eye irritation test, repeated dermal irritation test, sensitization test and 28 day repeated inhalation toxicity test. Results] The results showed that for decamethrin-treated mosquito nets, the LD50 by acute oral route was more than 5 000 mg/kg, the LD50 by acute dermal route was more than 5 000 mg/kg, and there was slight eye irritation but no dermal irritation, which was identified as the weak allergen. 28 day toxicity test simulated the human using environment, and the results showed that no significant effects were observed on the experimental animals in the decamethrin-treated mosquito net. Conclusion] The decamethrintreated mosquito nets have no obvious toxicity on human, but a comprehensive evaluation on the safety of long-lasting insecticidal nets should be studied further.
