镉对小鼠睾丸生殖细胞的遗传毒性

摘    要:目的探讨镉的雄性小鼠生殖遗传毒性。方法应用单细胞凝胶电泳试验(SCGE)研究镉对离体小鼠睾丸生殖细胞DNA的损伤作用。结果氯化镉各染毒组尾部DNA百分率及尾矩均明显高于对照组(P0.01)。随着染毒剂量的增加,小鼠睾丸细胞DNA损伤程度也逐渐增加,存在着明显的剂量-效应关系。结论氯化镉可引起离体小鼠睾丸生殖细胞DNA损伤,对雄性小鼠生殖细胞具有生殖毒性。

Abstract: Objective] To study the reproductive and genetic toxicity of cadmium chloride. Methods] The DNA damage of cadmiam chloride on testicular germ cell of mice were observed with single cell gel electrophoresis test( SCGE). Results] The percentage of tail DNA { TDNA % } and tail moment ( TM } at different dosages of cadmium chloride groups were significantly higher than that in the control group { P 〈 0.01 }. The DNA damage level in the mice increased with the increasing of the cadmium chloride dosage. The obvious dose-effect relationship existed. Conclusion] Cadmium chloride can induce DNA damage in isolated testicular germ cell of mice and has reproductive toxicity on germ cell of male mice.
