上海市部分焊接作业工人KAP调查和干预效果评价

目的运用基本职业卫生服务(BOHS)方法,对上海市2家机械钢构企业焊接作业人员开展相关职业危害因素知识及防护知识宣教活动的效果进行评价。方法对该企业所有电焊作业人员开展焊接作业安全知识宣教活动,采用焊接安全卫生KAP调查问卷,于宣教前后分别进行问卷调查。结果宣教后被调查者焊接作业卫生安全知识平均得分由宣教前的(17.1±5.3)分提高至(23.8±3.8)分,二者差异有统计学意义(P0.01);焊接作业卫生安全行为平均得分由宣教前的(5.1±1.9)分提高至(7.9±1.8)分,二者差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。同时卫生安全知识知晓率和行为正确率也有了明显的提高。结论开展焊接作业安全知识宣教活动显著提高了电焊作业人员焊接作业安全认知水平。

Survey on KAP and intervention effect of welding operators in Shanghai City

Objective ] To evaluate the effectiveness of propaganda and education of occupational hazards and protection knowledge on welding operators in 2 mechanical steel structure enterprises in Shanghai City with BOHS method. Methods] All welding opera- tors were surveyed by welding health KAP questionnaires before and after propaganda and education of safety knowledge respective- ly. Results ] After propaganda and education, the average score of health and safety knowledge was significantly increased from （ 17.1 ± 5.3） to { 23.8 ± 3.8 ） （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , and the average score of health and safety practice was significantly increased from （ 5.1 ± 1.9 ） to { 7. 9 ± 1. 8 ） （ P 〈 O. 01 }. Also the rates of awareness and scientific behaviors increased remarkably. Conclusion] The propaganda and education of occupational hazard factors and protection knowledge for welding operates signifi- candy improves workers＇ health and safety knowledge.
