2011年北京市怀柔区性传播疾病疫情分析

目的了解北京市怀柔区性病疫情动态,为进一步开展辖区性传播疾病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对2011年各医疗机构报送的怀柔辖区性病疫情进行统计分析。结果 2011年辖区累计报告性病303例,发病率为81.23/10万。全年报告性病5种,其中乙类传染病2种:梅毒182例,发病率48.79/10万;淋病33例,发病率8.85/10万。重点监测疾病3种,其中尖锐湿疣75例,发病率20.11/10万;生殖器疱疹11例,发病率2.95/10万;生殖道沙眼衣原体2例,发病率0.54/10万。性病发病顺位从高到低依次为梅毒、尖锐湿疣、淋病、生殖器疱疹、生殖道沙眼衣原体。结论 2011年怀柔区性病报告发病率较高,建议主管部门根据性传播疾病的发病趋势制定怀柔区性病防治策略。

Epidemic analysis of sexually transmitted diseases in Huairou District of Beijing in 2011

Objective]To understand the epidemic dynamics of sexually transmitted diseases（STD） in Beijing,provide a scientific basis for further implementation of STD prevention and control.Methods]The epidemic data of STD reported from various medical institutions in Huairou District in 2011 were analyzed statistically.Results]In 2011,a total of 303 STD cases were reported in Huairou District,and the incidence rate was 81.23/lakh.Among five kinds of sexually transmitted diseases,there were two kinds of Category B infectious diseases,which included 182 cases of syphilis with the incidence rate of 48.79/lakh and 33 cases of gonorrhea with the incidence rate of 8.85/lakh.In three kinds of monitoring diseases,there were 75 cases of condyloma acuminatum with the incidence rate of 20.11/lakh,11 cases of genital herpes with the incidence rate of 2.95/lakh and 2 cases of genital tract chlamydia trachomatis infection with the incidence rate of 0.54/lakh.The incidence rates in sequence from high to low were syphilis,condyloma acuminatum,gonorrhea,genital herpes and genital tract chlamydia trachomatis infection.Conclusion]The reported incidence rate of STD is high in Huairou District in 2011.It is recommended that the competent departments should develop the prevention and control strategies according to the epidemic trends of STD.
