摘    要:目的了解网络成瘾障碍(internet addiction disorder,IAD)和品性障碍患儿事件相关电位的特点。方法应用美国Nicolet Bravo脑电生理仪,对37例IAD患儿、22例品行障碍患儿和30名正常儿童(对照组)进行失配性负波(MMN)和P300检测,分析比较3组之间MMN和P300的差异。结果与对照组相比,IAD组P300潜伏期延长(346.0±21.1)ms vs(324.7±15.0)ms]、P300波幅增高(3.1±1.8)μV vs(2.7±1.3)μV]、MMN潜伏期延长(209.0±26.0)ms vs(190.0±22.0)ms]、MMN靶波波幅增高(8.8±1.7)μV vs(5.2±2.1)μV];品行障碍组P300潜伏期延长(341.7±14.4)ms vs(324.7±15.0)ms]、波幅增高(4.7±2.1)μV vs(2.7±1.3)μV]、MMN潜伏期延长(215.0±23.0)ms vs(190.0±22.0)ms],差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论 IAD患儿和品行障碍患儿存在P300和MMN潜伏期延长,波幅升高,且IAD患儿延长较明显,MMN可作为P300检测的一种补充手段,而用于儿科临床。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate the characteristics of event-related potentials in children with Internet Addiction Disorder(IAD) and Conduct Disorder(CD).Methods]The MMN and P300 in 37 IAD children and 22 CD children and 30 healthy children were tested with Nicolet Bravo EEG physiological instrument made in American,and the results were compared among the 3 groups.Results]Compared with the control group,IAD children had longer latency (346.0.3±21.1) ms vs(324.7±15.0) ms] and higher amplitude(3.1±1.8)μV vs(2.7±1.3) μV] of P300,and longer latency(209.0±26.0) ms vs(190.0±22.0) ms] and higher amplitude(8.8±1.7) μV vs(5.2±2.1) μV] of MMN.While CD children had longer P300 latency(341.7±14.4)ms vs(324.7±15.0) ms] and higher amplitude(4.7±2.1)μV vs(2.7±1.3) μV],and longer latency(215.0±23.0) ms vs(190.0±22.0) ms]of MMN.There were significant differences between them(P<0.01).Conclusion]IAD and CD children have longer latency and higher amplitude of P300 and MMN,especially for longer latency among IAD children.MMN can be used as a supplementary way of P300 for children clinical detection.
