未婚人工流产手术前后焦虑抑郁状态调查

目的探讨未婚人工流产（简称人流）手术前后焦虑、抑郁情绪反应的发生率及变化情况。方法采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表对未婚人流术病人38例（研究组）及已婚计划外怀孕人流手术者52例（对照组）为调查对象。结果研究组术前焦虑状态、抑郁状态发生率分别为28．96％、23．67％，术后焦虑状态、抑郁状态发生率分别为23．69％、18．40％，分别与对照组比较，差异均存在显著性（P〈0.05）；研究组手术前后焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分比较，术后焦虑量表评分明显低予术前（P〈0．05），高于对照组（P〈0．05），而术后抑郁自评量表与术前比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论未婚人流患者手术前普遍存在焦虑、抑郁情绪障碍，且明显高于已婚人流患者。

Investigation of the Anxiety and Depression Status of Unmarried Women at Pre and Post-Operative Abortion

Objective]To explore the anxiety and depression status of unmarried women at pre and post-operation abortion.Methods] 38 cases of unmarried women (study group) and 52 cases of married women(control group) were studied with SAS and SDS.Results]The incidence rates of anxiety and depression at pre-abortion of the study group were 28.96% and 23.67% respectively,that at post-operation were 23.69% and 18.40% respectively.The difference was significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS were lower at post-abortion than at pre-abortion in the study group(P<0.05),and higher than that in the control group((P<0.05).) However,no significant difference was found at post-operation(P>0.05).Conclusion] Anxiety and depression are common among unmarried women during abortion,which is obviously more serious than that among married women.
