入伍新兵心理健康状况及影响因素研究

目的了解入伍新兵心理健康状况为做好新兵心理疏导工作提供依据。方法采用中国军人心理健康量表对海军某部1636名新兵实施团体心理测试,筛查出异常因子的新兵由心理专家逐一访谈并进行心理健康水平综合评定。结果调查对象的心理健康量表总分为46.18±0.23分,心理测试异常的新兵有21人(1.28%),经专家心理访谈,最终确定存在心理障碍人员8人(0.59%)。海南省和湖北省新兵的心理异常阳性率较高,分别为2.26%和2.16%;文化程度为初中的新兵阳性率最高,为9.09%,其次是大专及以上者(2.51%)。结论新兵心理健康状况总体良好且心理健康水平与地域、学历有关,全面掌握入伍新兵的心理健康状况对提高部队战斗力是十分必要的。

Status of the mental health of recruits and its influencing factors

Objective To understand the mental health status of recruits,and to provide the basis for the psychological counseling.Methods A total of 1636 navy recruits were selected to undergo a psychological test with the Chinese Military Mental Health Scale.And those recruits with abnormal psychological factors were evaluated comprehensively by psychological experts with a brief conversation.Results The total score of mental health of the participants was 46.18±0.23,and 21 recruits were abnormal in the psychological test（1.28%）,in which 8 recruits were found with mental disorder by the psychological experts（0.59%）.The positive rates of psychological abnormality of the recruits from Hainan Province and Hubei Province were 2.26% and 2.16%,respectively,and those rates of the recruits with education degrees of middle school and college and above were 9.09% and 2.51%.Conclusion The status of the mental health of recruits is good and related with their native places and education background.It is necessary to understand the mental health status of recruits in order to enhance the battle effectiveness.
