我国妇女参加妇女常见病普查的态度及其影响因素

目的了解不同妇女人群参加妇女常见病普查的态度和影响因素,为进一步改善妇女常见病普查服务和健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,抽取我国10个省（自治区、直辖市）的7257名妇女进行妇女常见病普查态度和影响因素的问卷调查。结果90.4%的调查对象听说过妇女常见病,分别有67.1%和68.3%的调查对象认为宫颈癌、乳腺癌可以早期发现与诊断。6442名（88.8%）妇女愿意参加妇女常见病普查。妇女病相关知识知晓情况是影响参加妇女常见病普查态度的最重要因素（OR=2.081）。受教育程度低的妇女、老年妇女和无业妇女的普查意愿相对较弱。结论绝大部分妇女有参加妇女常见病普查的意愿,对于不愿参加的妇女人群应加强其对妇女常见病普查的认识,提高参加妇女常见病普查的意愿和参与率。

Women's attitude to women's common diseases screening and its influencing factors in China
